Project Description: The work consists of: 1. The removal of one (1) 1000-gallon underground dual-wall fiberglass diesel emergency generator tank and all associated electrical and piping systems and components. 2.The removal of one (1) ----gallon diesel fuel day tank located inside a Bank of America building. 3. The installation of backfill and pavement restoration to match existing conditions. Work shall be completed within 60 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Scope of Deliverables: 1) Generator, Weatherproof Enclosure & Subbase Diesel Fuel Storage Tank. 2) Automatic Transfer Switch in Outdoor Enclosure. 3) Generator, Weatherproof Enclosure & Subbase Diesel Fuel Storage Tank for Lift Station Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as EMID Emergency Generator Replacement according to drawings and specifications as prepared by the District and according to the Contract Documents. In general, the project comprises of replacing the Emergency Generator, Weatherproof Enclosure & Subbase Diesel Fuel Storage Tank and Automatic Transfer Switch in Outdoor Enclosure at Lift Stations 10, 12, 14,15,16, 26, and 41. Reservation of Rights: Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
