The Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID) is requesting proposals to provide professional services as described herein for the development of a Cross Connection Control Program Plan (CCCPP). Proposers must respond to the scope of services in this request for proposal and may also recommend any changes to the scope of work as proposal alternates based on their prior experience with projects of this type. EMID is seeking a consultant to provide the following services: o Provide an American Water Works Association cross-connection control specialist to review existing Standard Details, EMID Municipal Code, and policies and procedures and provide recommendations as needed; o Assist with the preparation of a Cross-Connection Control Plan (Plan) as required by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook (CCCPH); o Make additional recommendations as needed. Submission of Questions Related to Proposal June 16, 2025 by 5:00 PM The selected consultant shall be required to enter into the EMID's standard professional services agreement, which is attached to this RFP. All Proposers shall assume that the execution of this agreement with all terms and conditions, including insurance and indemnification language, without changes, will be a required condition. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
