The City of Naples Airport Authority seeks to replace the exterior doors of the Administration Office Building. This project involves the removal of existing doors and the installation of new, high-quality, ADA-compliant exterior doors, including both standard and electrified door hardware. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all new installations meet the specified material, design, and performance standards. The full scope of work, including specifications, construction, and electrical plans, is outlined within the bid documents. Bid proposals must be submitted using the forms provided by the City of Naples Airport Authority and must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid made payable to the City of Naples Airport Authority. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. The City of Naples Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interests.
