As of June 9, 2025 All Bids for the project were rejected, No definite date for rebid Span Wire Conversion to Mast Arms at 2 Intersections - RFP Intersection Location: 10th Ave. South and 9th St. South, Naples, FL It is the City intention to enter into an agreement with a builder who (a) construction and design resources in-house, or (b) are a contractor led team with the designer in a subcontract role. The selected team must (a) possess a current and valid Florida professional engineering license, (b) possess a current and valid Florida general contractors license, (c) be capable of self-performing all portions of the project with personnel directly employed and paid by the contractor member of the team and (d) be capable of performing construction management services by the contractor member of the team. The City of Naples seeks a contractor for construction services to replace the existing traffic signal span wire system at the intersection of 10th Avenue South and 9th Street South with a mast-arm assembly with pedestrian crossing signals. The scope of work for the project includes, but it is not limited to, furnishing all labor, engineering, materials, supplies, equipment, services, construct, and test the signalized intersection. The project work shall also include the removal and disposal of existing strain pole structures and other traffic signal appurtenances.
