**As of June 05, 2025, the project was awarded to Blink Marketing Inc, with an awarded amount of $259,306.05.** Estimated project cost is $300,000. The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of the construction of Parking Lot Signs at various locations throughout RACC’s Parking lots in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania to provide cleared lineation for parking on RACC’s campus. The above-referenced Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Certified Payroll Reports must be submitted and approved before payments can be made. Questions Due Date: Apr 4th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT Contract Type: Fixed Fee Contract Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The awarded contractor must submit their 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bonds with Contract and Certificate of Insurance with signed contract. RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
