The Work Generally Consists of Constructing a 10-foot-wide Multi-use Path Along the West Side of South Homedale Road for Approximately 1,300 Feet From the South Side Bypass (Or140) to Brett Way, With 883 Feet of Shoulder Widening on the East Side, and 862 Feet on the West Side of Homedale Road. The Engineers Estimate for This Project is $320,000-$355,000. Bids Submitted by Facsimile Transmission Will Not Be Accepted. A Surety Bond Issued by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Oregon, Irrevocable Letter of Credit Issued by an Insured Institution as Defined in Ors 706.008, Cashier's Check or Certified Check Made Payable to the Klamath County Commissioners in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid Must Accompany the Sealed Bid.
