City of Goodyear Request for Qualifications Construction Manager at Risk RFQ 25-0163 Materials and/or Service: CMAR Fire Station 184 Renovation Questions Due Date: Apr 8th 2025, 5:00 PM MST PROJECT DESCRIPTION 3.1 The project will consist of interior renovations to update to prototype design with select exterior modifications: 1.1.1 Complete construction services for the proposed improvements to include: a. Relocate fire operations to temp facility. Temp facility will be set up at the exit of the apparatus bay location. Contractor to help facilitate relocation and terminations of needed utilities (permitting as required) b. Interior demolition of the existing fire station c. New vestibule and decontamination rooms d. New equipment decontamination room e. Renovate existing communal restrooms into individual restrooms/showers f. New laundry room g. New Battalion Chief Quarters h. New fitness room i. Modification/updates to existing Dorms, Kitchen, Dining and Dayroom j. Update mechanical, electrical and plumbing k. Update Interior finishes l. Shade canopy at apparatus bay
