Site work for a water / sewer project in Pinecrest, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of May 28 , 2025 , project was awarded to but awarded amount is not available.** The work to be performed under this Contract's bid includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of ditch bottom inlets with new Swale Inlet Type D-1 structures, the installation of type P-7T and J-7T manholes, the installation of two chamber control structures, and new Swale Inlet Type D-1 structures. Additionally, new 18" & 24" solid pipes, and 24" exfiltration trenches will be installed to connect the inlets to the proposed system and discharge into the SW 70th Ave Canal by running through the existing RCP outfalls. This project will also include end-wall replacements and the installation of manatee grates to be integrated at the end of the existing RCP outfall. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
