Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Asphalt Improvement Services for South Carpenter and North Plant Ops. The services shall be performed for the Department of State Hospitals at the following location(s): i. DSH- Patton, 3102 East Highland Avenue, Patton, CA 92369. Question Deadline 03/24/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at aubreana.diaz@dsh.ca.gov and andrea.rocha@dsh.ca.gov The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be April 14, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State Licensed C-12 Paving and Earthwork, C-8 Concrete AND/OR Class A, General Engineering Contractor, licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board and always maintain an active license during the term of this agreement. Pre bid meeting description: A Bidder's Conference is held at the following address: 3102 E. Highland Avenue, Patton, CA 92369. All bidders will sign-in and meet in the Patton State Hospital, Plant Operations. The conference will be for the purposes of reviewing the contract documents and observing the security clearance procedures.
