**As of 03/21/25 the bid date and time are listed as TBA with no timeline of when that information may be announced/available Palo Pinto County seeks bidders for the proposed Sewer System Improvements under American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. The Project consists of constructing new and replacement sewer mains, residential service lines, and all necessary appurtenances in the Community of Palo Pinto. The project will consist of approximately 1000 LF of 6-in PVC SDR-26 sewer line at variable depths and approximately 1,110 LF of 8-in PVC SDR-26 sewer line at variable depths. The project will also include a quanitity of 11 concrete 48-in diameter manholes.
