The Town of Leesburg is accepting sealed bids from qualified bidders to establish a term contract to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to provide annual landscape maintenance services along several sections of roadway within the Town. Work includes mulching, pest control, weeding, pruning, bed removal and replacement, plant debris and trash removal, watering and all incidentals related thereto. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
