Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clearwater, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

This project will provide for the construction of a new prefab restroom facility and improvements to the parking lot at Frank Tack Fields. Currently, the parking lot does not meet city code requirements as it is a dirt parking lot, and the restrooms need replacement because they are approximately 55 years old. The parking lot needs to be brought up to current grass parking lot standards, which will help improve the drainage situation in the current parking lot. Using grass parking will reduce stormwater. As of March 19, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. An engineer has not been selected. A firm timeine for construction has not been determined. This project is included in the City of Clearwater's FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
