Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Somerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is described as follows: the Collinsville Elevated Tank Solenoid Valve and Chamber Replacement Project. Project is to provide material, labor, and equipment to eliminte the existing underground solenoid valve chamber along with replacing it with an above ground concrete pad within the tank area. Concrete pad will include a flow meter, two solenoid valves along with 6" Ductile Iron piping to connect this to the existing piping within the tank area, and restore the ground to its original condition as required by the project specifications located at 6004 Wayne Milford Road in Wayne Township; Butler County, Ohio. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Such Bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a bond, secured by a corporate surety, in the amount of 100% of the bid amount; or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the District, in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid amount.
