Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: Construction of concrete curb, sidewalk, drive apron, catch basins, and resurfacing of city streets. Owners Project Representative Pat Yingling Department of Engineering pat.yingling@hamilton-oh.gov 513-785-7271. All Bidders shall be prequalified by ODOT for the appropriate type of work. Pre qualifications must be in place at bidding, award and throughout the life of the contract. The award for this this project will be determined based upon the lowest base bid. Substantial Completion Date 11-28-25 Final Completion Date 04-24-26 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage Project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
