Renovation of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and power facility.
This award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that conforms to this solicitation. The contractor shall provide a technical narrative of work performance with the quote. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region has a construction requirement to replace the existing roof and the flashing on the upper 69KV yard control house with metal roofing and vented ridge cap, prefinished metal fascia (to match roofing original color as close as possible), flashing and concealed anchors. The contractor shall provide roofing underlayment and roofing panels shall be grounded. The contractor shall provide as-builts and warranty for installed/application of the roof and its components.
