Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wailuku, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Contractor and his Subcontractor(s), if any shall comply with all applicable revisions of the prevailing wage rate schedule as required under Chapter 104 HRS. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 1030-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted.
