The work generally consists of full depth asphalt removal and replacement, base repairs, subgrade preparation, concrete replacement and installation of new pavement markings. The Contract time is 60 calendar days for the Base Bid of each contract. Liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. Each sealed envelope containing a bid shall be clearly marked on the outside as: BID ENCLOSED "CMSD COLUMBUS HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS", and the envelope should also bear on the outside the name of the Company and the Company's address. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Superintendent, Columbus Municipal School District.
