Reference Number 0000363820 Job Location: Fort Collins, CO The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids for the I-25/Prospect Interchange Enhancements project. CDOT's team recently completed construction of the new interchange which included structural sandstone walls, earthwork around the walls, native seeding, and installation of some of the irrigation sleeves. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Adam Hill, Senior Buyer at adhill@fcgov.com, Questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Responses to all questions submitted before the deadline will be addressed in an addendum and posted on online. Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of ninety (90) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
