Reference Number 0000376115 The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for vertical/horizontal construction and existing building renovation projects. The first identified project is the replacement of a stair core at the Civic Center Parking Garage located at 120 N. Mason St., Fort Collins, CO 80524. This City intends to award multiple Contractor's a one (1) year Agreement, and at the mutual agreement between the City and the Contractor, the Agreement may be extended for additional one (1) year periods not to exceed four (4) additional one year periods.
