Reference Number 0000375221 The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals to provide the City with preliminary engineering design (30% Design - FIR), including the review and confirmation of the existing conceptual design documents. At the discretion of the City, this Agreement may be extended to the final design and construction support phases in a typical design-bid-build contracting model. The successful candidate will identify and address all of the tasks, issues and deliverables in their proposal. Prospective teams must possess the expertise and experience necessary to complete the project on time, within the established budget, and be motivated to work with City staff and other stakeholders to accomplish the goals and objectives associated with this project.
