SERVICES AND/OR GOODS BEING SOUGHT The Larimer County Facilities Management Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: Sand Trap pumping services at various Larimer County locations for vehicle wash bays due to debris runoff from snow events 2. QUALIFICATIONS Vendor is licensed in the State of Colorado Vendor should have performed (3) similar projects over the last (5) years SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall, at a minimum, provide, perform, and/or furnish the following: 1. Provide all equipment, staff, and supplies needed to perform sand trap pumping services on an as-needed basis, depending upon snow events at the following Larimer County locations: A. Livermore Road & Bridge Shop: 2300 WCR 74E B. Estes Park Road & Bridge Shop: 543 Elm Rd C. Loveland Road & Bridge shop: 2205 E Hwy 402 D. Waverly Road & Bridge Shop: 241 WCR 70 E. Stove Prairie Road & Bridge Shop: 17218 CR 52E F. Larimer County Fleet Campus - 6994 Rickenbacker Rd NOTE: Larimer County strongly encourages the use of small and minority firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firm services. AWARD AND CONTRACT This solicitation will be awarded to the vendor with the most responsive, responsible, reasonable quotation meeting all specifications and deemed the best fit and most advantageous to Larimer County. To assist in the decision for award: interviews may be held, background checks may be performed, references may be contacted, and other inquiries may be taken to determine the abilities of the vendor. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year from the date the agreement is executed. The County, at its sole option, may offer to extend this Contract for up to Four (4) additional one-year terms. The extension option may be exercised providing satisfactory service is given, and must be mutually agreed upon in writing, by and between the County and the Award Vendor.
