As of May 8,2025 Project has been award to All States Materials Group but no awarded amount . The Town of New Boston Highway Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform chip seal services for the following listing of Town roads. Measurements are approximate, 74,873 square yards of conventional chip seal Bid Pricing Should Be by The Square Yard 1. Joe English Road (Meetinghouse Hill Rd to Meadow Rd) 25,031 Square Yards 2. McCurdy Road (entire road) 31,778 Square Yards 3. Byam Road (entire road) 18,064 Square Yards The Town reserves the right to increase or decrease the footage on any road above and add additional roads if funds are available as these are estimates. The Town of New Boston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it deems to be in the best interest of the town. Chip seal to be completed before September 1, 2025. The price should also include crack sealing prior to the chip sealing. The price should be submitted as price per square yard.
