Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Converse, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of 5/2/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded on 5/13/2025. This project involves the demolition of an existing chain-link fence around the Converse City Pool. It will be replaced with roughly 191 linear feet of 6' privacy slat fence made by Sleekfence on two sides. The other sides will be replaced with roughly 377 linear feet of 6' Ameristar Montage Plus fence. Additionally, there are two (2) six-foot gates, one (1) 4-foot gate, and one (1) 10-foot double gate to be installed. Field measurements will be required. Contractor may have to work around other subcontractors. See associated construction document for more details. Additionally, bidders will provide a (1) year warranty. The proposed warranty should cover all cost for any defects for labor and materials. An effective date of warranty will commence upon the date of acceptance by the City of Converse.
