The project is located in various locations throughout Pleasant View City, Utah. B. Base Bid and Additive Alternates: Owner intends to award the entire Base Bid plus additive alternates up to the budgeted amounts. Owner reserves the right to negotiate with lowest responsible, responsive Bidder for concurrent change order if Base Bid exceeds budgeted amounts.
