Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work Assess building damaged from water intrusion. Remove non salvageable materials and dispose. Repair as needed. Replace insulation as needed. Replace building envelope as needed. Building must not be left open overnight during construction activity in order to prevent weather, animals, insects, and people from entering. Dispose of all removed material at time of removal. No removed material to remain onsite overnight. Provide clear photos of in-progress construction activities as well as comprehensive post construction photos for UCA records. In-progress construction photos shall be sent daily to the assigned UCA Project Manager. UCA to inspect and approve all work prior to payment. Provide UCA with waterproof envelope Warranty and details. Building dimension shown in Exhibit A. Building photos shown in Exhibit B. Building envelope shall be uniform in appearance upon completion. Questions Due Date: Apr 1st 2025, 3:00 PM MDT Questions Online Portal Project completion date is 4/30/25. UCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of UCA.
