As of June 4, 2025 project was awarded to Prusik Construction in the amount $1,148,259.43 Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Lincoln County, Idaho, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Adam Raibley, PE of Great West Engineering no later than 5 PM local time on April 14, 2025. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the Pre-Bid conference. Written questions must be submitted by email to araibley@greatwesteng.com. If Bidder does not receive an email response from Engineer within 24 hours during normal business hours, Bidder shall call Adam Raibley, PE at 208- 874-4527 to ensure that their emailed question(s) was received. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
