Any value engineering or changes to suggest, should be done as an add/deduct alt amount with new specification .Give time required to complete trade work on proposal and note any long lead materials. This will be a fast-track project and the completion time frames are absolute; so please include all required manpower to maintain a fast schedule, including OT if required. Include in price: Any required trade related utility fees, permits and inspections; any required submittals; any required utility fees; complete clean-up of trade related issues Trades include: metal building, roll up doors, walk thru door, spray foam insulation, electrical, & plumbing.
