Renovation of a residential development in Southborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Updating the four common entrances for all seven buildings, for a total of twenty-eight entrances. Remove and replace existing VCT flooring and vinyl stair treads; patch and/or repair damaged gypsum wall board and repaint the walls, ceilings, and trim; remove and replace vinyl wall base with new vinyl wall base, adding new plastic corner guards, add new reducer strips where required for new flooring and remove and replace existing surface mounted lights with LED energy efficient fixtures. Estimated job cost - $80,468.00 work under the Contract consists of but not limited to: 1. Updating the four common entrances for all seven buildings, for a total of twenty-eight entrances. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. C. Additional Selection Criteria: 1. If the Awarding Authority (Owner) cannot verify compliance with the additional selection criteria from the apparent low bidder’s Update Statement, the Awarding Authority (Owner) or its Architect may request the bidder provide additional documentation demonstrating compliance with the Contract requirement. This may occur after the general bid opening, but prior to the Contract Award. Question Deadline 03/27/2025
