Southborough Golf Club Irrigation System Replacement Project, 36 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA Estimated Cost $475,000.00 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The proposed work is located at the Southborough Golf Club, 36 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing and installing compost filter tubes; an hdpe fused pipe underground irrigation system including sprinkler heads, communications wiring, grounding and other incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified.
