Site work for a mixed-use development in Dundee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and swimming pool.
**As of April 24, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Scope of Work: 1. Demolition: Remove existing floor tiles approximately 2 feet wide around the existing trench drains. Cut and remove concrete and trench drains within that 2-foot band. 2. Installation: Provide and install a new Zurn Polypropylene trench drain system continuously around the pool. Reconnect the new trench drain system to all existing bottom outlet connections. 3. Restoration: Patch concrete around the newly installed trench drains. Provide and install new white floor tiles where the existing tiles were removed. 4. Permits & Compliance: Acquire all necessary permits to complete the project. Ensure all work is in compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
