Dundee Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for Filter First Fixture Replacement Installation. Bids must be received prior to 12:00 PM on October 30, 2025. All bids received after the bid receipt deadline will be returned unopened. Dundee Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. The existing fixtures need to be removed and the new fixture to be installed with the necessary trim as identified in the drawings and specifications section and in exhibit A paperwork.2. Remove and dispose of the existing fixture off-site. 3. Installation of the new fixture including but not limited to all necessary supply, sanitary, vent piping and electrical work from the existing fixture removal. 4. Caulking of all new fixtures and all clean up. 5. Receiving and offloading all fixtures. The supplier will deliver the fixtures to the receiving area for each building. The contractor is to place each fixture in the building at a location designated by the District for storage. 6. The District will provide a location in the building for staging. 7. Contractor will be responsible for any permits needed on the project.
