**As of August 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Diponio Contracting, LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,601,599.30.** Reference Number 0000392537 This project consists of water main, gravity sanitary sewer, water/storm/sanitary service leads, sidewalks, street paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and miscellaneous site restoration and all pertinent materials as well as all associated demolition and/or restoration for the Village of Dundee Infrastructure Improvements on Penfield Street from McBride to Main Streets. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a total sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. There will be mandatory pre-bid conferences. Bidding contract need only attend one session. Two times have been scheduled for the convenience of bidders. document notes : The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
