**As of August 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Diponio Contracting, LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,601,599.30.** Reference Number 0000392537 This project consists of water main, gravity sanitary sewer, water/storm/sanitary service leads, sidewalks, street paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and miscellaneous site restoration and all pertinent materials as well as all associated demolition and/or restoration for the Village of Dundee Infrastructure Improvements on Penfield Street from McBride to Main Streets. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a total sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. There will be mandatory pre-bid conferences. Bidding contract need only attend one session. Two times have been scheduled for the convenience of bidders. document notes : The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
