The Fall River Nagle Building – Fire Suppression System Upgrade shall include Work, but not limited to, selective demolition, replacement of existing fire suppression system, masonry, acoustical ceilings and suspension systems, metal doors and frames, door hardware, firestopping, and electrical. The estimated Project cost is approximately $2,500,000.00. The Awarding Authority also reserves its right to reduce the amount of the MBE / WBE goals for the Project at any time prior to the award of the contract to the low general bidder, if the Awarding Authority determines that full compliance with the goals is not feasible and the low general bidder has demonstrated good faith effort to meet the MBE / WBE goals. The minority, women, and veterans' business enterprise goals are the following: MBE: 4.2%, WBE: 8.8%, Veterans / SDVOBE: 3%..
