Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Byron, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of April 17, 2025 this project was awarded to Snow Contracting, LLC in the amount of $2,524,250.90 Reconstruction of all municipal utilities and street pavement with curb & gutter. Sidewalk will be added along the streets. Site Directions: 7th Street from 2nd Ave NW to 200 feet west of 5th Ave NW. 3rd Avenue from 7th Street NW to 9th Street NW. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to WHKS & Co., 2905 S. Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904 The project consists of 42" Storm Sewer, 8" & 12" Sanitary Sewer, 8" Watermain, Aggregate Base, Bituminous Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter and Concrete Walk. The method of construction shall be by Contract and all work is to be done in strict compliance with plans and specifications prepared by WHKS & Co., 2905 South Broadway, Rochester, Minnesota 55904 which have heretofore been approved by the City Council and are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Administrator.
