Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Leavenworth, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to provide new ADA compliant cement concrete curb ramp improvements. This project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, pavement, and subgrade; removal and resetting of existing sidewalk bricks; construction of new cement concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk; cement concrete curb ramps; adjusting catch basins to grade; minor landscaping and restoration; installation of new signs; installation of pavement markings; temporary construction traffic control; and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete this project. Contractor is required to reach final completion within 35 working days from the Notice to Proceed.
