Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Improvements to the existing lift station canopy, shall include a new beam and trolley/hoist for periodically removing the grinder equipment from the wet well, and replacement of the existing trolley/hoist for the lift station submersible pumps. Additional improvements include adding gravity air ventilators to the roofing, blasting and recoating the canopy, and replacing the roof panels. Replace lighting and add electrical controls, Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of HARRIS COUNTY WCID NO. 133 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
