The project is located in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 360, Harris County, Texas, Water Plant No. 1, 13255 Longwood Trace The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, bonds, and insurance; demolition of MCC Nos. 1 and 2, autosensory panels, automatic transfer switch, automatic telephone dialer, and main breaker; construction of a new elevated CMU electrical control building with HVAC system, housing the service entrance equipment, motor control center, autosensory panels, automatic transfer switch, automatic telephone dialer, pad-mounted transfer, new utility service line connection, disconnect switches, three (3) GST pressure enclosures, one (1) HPT pressure enclosure, piping modifications, coatings, concrete pavement, site work, piping replacement, electrical conduit and conductors, and all else specified and shown on the contract drawing but not addressed in separate bid items required for a complete and operational water plant facility, complete as specified and as shown in the Drawings. The bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State of Texas to two percent (2%) or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the minimum total bid amount. Make the cashiers check or the bid bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
