Kemp Park drainage rehabilitation. Project limits: Kemp Drive, Elma Drive, Orville Kemp St, Melva Ave, Doris Ave, Bank St (west side) along the Kemp Parak Community. Includes ditching, culvert work & redirection of flows toward appropriate drainage outlets. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. The project’s design is expected to be completed before spring 2026 as construction is planned to begin late spring 2026 pending final approvals & and be completed summer 2027. Updates may be available spring 2026.
