2025 Collection, Transport and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling Material The Easttown Township Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids for the Collection, Transport, and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling Materials for Easttown Township (hereinafter the "Township"). A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the "initial term" of the Contract (as defined in Section 2.1) must accompany all bids. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 11:00 AM ET All questions for the Township shall be asked via electronically. Questions shall not be answered if received after time and date. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the Township.
