The airport seeks to renovate portions of the existing terminal (approximately 5,000 sf.) and construct (approximately 15,000 sf), addition to the Terminal. This project will address deficiency within the existing building to include but not be limited to construction of a new secured (post TSA screening) waiting area for passengers who are awaiting departing aircraft, constructing a new TSA passenger queuing and screening area, construction of new arrivals hall, and baggage claim area. Relocation and Improvements to the checked baggage inspection area, new rental car area, new ticketing counters, new HVAC systems, new electrical and electrical service, new standby generator, fire suppression system, low voltage access control, security cameras and public address systems, and other work. Building construction includes a single-story addition totaling approximately 15,000 sf. Work includes concrete foundation, slab on grade, framing, water proofing, aluminum glazed openings, asphalt shingle pitched roofing and cedar wood shingles. Sitework includes utilities, paving, sidewalk, parking lot lighting, landscaping, and other work.
