Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
The Fairmont State University Roof Renewal for Colebank Hall and Musick Library consists of the replacement of the existing roof membrane and associated details. Colebank Hall is a full EPDM membrane and coping replacement with a new roof hatch Alternate. Special details include terminations of EPDM against an existing adjoining building. Musick Library is a partial EPDM membrane and metal coping replacement of the north portion of the roof. Both buildings will include unit costs for the replacement of damaged insulation, walking pads, and wood nailer replacement. Fairmont State University on behalf of its Board of Governors invites qualified contractors to submit a bid to provide labor, material, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the incidental to the following Project: ROOF RENEWALS - Colebank Hall & Musick Library. QUESTIONS. FSU will attempt to provide Bidders (4) business days for the completion of responses without any new information being included in the solicitation. Therefore, all questions regarding this RFB shall be submitted to FSU by the following date andtime Tuesday, March 11, 2025 4:00 pm.
