The Fairmont State University Roof Renewal for Colebank Hall and Musick Library consists of the replacement of the existing roof membrane and associated details. Colebank Hall is a full EPDM membrane and coping replacement with a new roof hatch Alternate. Special details include terminations of EPDM against an existing adjoining building. Musick Library is a partial EPDM membrane and metal coping replacement of the north portion of the roof. Both buildings will include unit costs for the replacement of damaged insulation, walking pads, and wood nailer replacement.
