This multi-prime project (4 Primes: General Trades, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing/Fire Protection) consists of renovation/fit-out, addition, and site improvements to the existing 1200 W. Swedesford Road three-story building and property to convert the existing building to an elementary school. The project is an approximately 99,600 SF building on a 543,031 SF (12.47 AC) site at 1200 W. Swedesford Road, Berwyn, PA 19312. The addition to include, but is not limited to, gymnasium with stage, lobby, offices, conference room, and building support spaces. The renovation to include, but is not limited to, core classrooms, specialized classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, library, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, stairs, and building support spaces. Sitework to include, but is not limited to, parking lot modifications, bus loop, playing fields, and storm-water management system.
