Taylorville Community Unit School District#3, herein referred to as "Owner," is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified f;rms to provide comprehensive Construction Management at Risk (Construction Manager as Constructor} services, herein referred to as "CM or CMaR," to assist the Owner with business planning, preconstruction services and construction services. The Construction Manager selected shall have the primary responsibility for executing the preconstruction and construction phases of this project. The Construction Managerwill assist Hie Ownerin selecting an Architectural/ Engineering Firm for this project It is the Owner's expectation thai the design and construction team will collaborate closely with each other throughout the entire project. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted in writing to: Brandi Bruley, Superintendent of Schools. Issue addenda regarding questions (if necessary) March 28, 2025. Aware of Contract: April 8,2025. The Owner reserves the right to request additional information from those entities submitting qualification statements. Such additional information may include, but is not limitedto, past performance, financial stability, and abilityto perform on schedule, within budget, and in a fashion that results in customer satisfaction with quality results. Additionally, as part of its due diligence, the Owner may choose to interview firms submitting qualifications to further assess their capabilities, though il is not obligated to do so. Respondents are responsible tor promptly supplying any additional requested information to the Owner. The promptness, accuracy, and cooperation of respondents in responding to such inquiries will be considered by the Selection Committee in determining the successful respondent.
