Responder Questions Due: March 21, 2025, 4:30pm vendors to replace window blinds a1 its office buildings located at 1801 and 1901 Fox Drive, Champaign, Illinois. This project includes the removal and proper disposal of existing window blinds and the procurement, delivery, and installation of new blinds that meet SURS' operational, aesthetic, and energy efficiency requirements. Vendors must conduct site assessments to ensure accurate measurements and compatibility with existing window structures. The new blinds should be durable, easy to maintain, and designed to enhance light control and insulation. Installation must be completed with minimal disruption to daily office operations, while adhering to all safety and building regulations. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring proper functionality and providing any necessary training or documentation on maintenance and care. This project aims to enhance the functionality and energy efficiency of 1he office spaces by installing new window blinds that meet SURS’ operational and design requirements. This is a one-time contract, with work anticipated to begin in May 2025.
