Landmark has been selected to deliver this Lease-Leaseback project, for our valued client, Fremont Union High School District. The project entails the construction of a new site-built, one-story building with a mezzanine, encompassing approximately 12,464 square feet. Additionally, site improvements will be made to the surrounding area. The facility will feature a Robotics Field Arena, teamwork area, lobby, classrooms, restrooms, storage spaces, and dedicated staff maintenance areas. Sitework will include utility installations, grading, paving, and landscaping. Construction is expected to commence in May 2025 and conclude in early 2026. The Landmark and its subcontractors must agree to be bound by the District's Project Labor Agreement. All questions should be directed to Landmark, please do not contact the architect, District, or Construction Manager directly. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors that will perform work under the following license classifications must be prequalified in accordance with District requirements: Contractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses (collectively, "MEP subcontractors") shall be prequalified by the District to perform construction work as a subcontractor on the Project pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Not the CUPCCAA application. The District must receive complete applications at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening on any advertised project in order for the candidate to qualify for a project in excess of $1,000,000 and partially funded by the State. Pre-qualification approval will remain valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of notice of qualification except as noted in the pre-qualification documents.
