To include Full Roof Replacement, Drains/Drain Lines/Overflow Spouts; Mechanical Units to receive new filters, Contractor to V.I.F filter type and replace in kind. Mechanical Units to be protected in place, Counter flashings to be replaced with associated flashing metals and Contractor to remove and replace damaged siding, wall insulation matched in-kind, and paint walls to match existing conditions. Refer to contract plans and specifications for full scope of work required.
