BIDDER shall be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina. This PROJECT is subject to the good faith efforts and goals for participation by minority businesses required by G.S.143-128.2. The OWNER has adopted a verifiable ten percent (10%) goal for participation by minority businesses in the total value of the WORK. BIDDERS shall, within the time frames specified in the BID documents, submit all required affidavits and documentation demonstrating that the BIDDER made the required good faith effort incompliance with G.S. 143-128.2. Failure to file all required affidavits and documentation within the required time frames is grounds for rejection of the BID.
