Metro is requesting competitive price quotes for On Call Glass Tinting and Window Film Installation and Service for the Oregon Convention Center. The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to: Expectations On Call tinting and window film for OCC: This outlines the scope of work for the installation of commercial window film and tint at the Oregon Convention Center. The work will include the following: o Site Evaluation: The contractor will assess the site for proper film selection based on the type of glass, building exposure, and client needs. o Film Selection: The contractor will provide a selection of commercial window films, which may include options for Anti-graffiti, UV protection, heat reduction, glare reduction, privacy, and security, as requested by the client. Contractor will provide quote at request. o Film Installation: The contractor will measure, cut, and install the chosen window film on the designated glass or mirror surfaces. This includes all necessary preparation, such as cleaning and priming of the windows to ensure proper adhesion of the film. o Project Timeline: Installation will commence on the agreed-upon start date and is expected to be completed same day, barring any unforeseen circumstances. o Quality Assurance: The contractor will ensure the quality of installation meets industry standards for durability, appearance, and performance. Any defects found within a specified warranty period will be corrected at no additional charge. o Cleanup: Upon completion of the installation, the contractor will clean the work area, removing all installation-related debris and materials.
