Reference Number 0000289740 This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change (Orphaned and Abandoned Mines Program), to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for oversight and environmental management for three former mine sites (Ruttan, Lynn Lake (Farley) and Fox). The scope of work is to include water treatment, water quality sampling, water level monitoring, sludge removal, submission of an annual report, recommendations for required repairs and maintenance. The service delivery location(s) will be: a) Ruttan Mine site located approximately 20 km east of the town of Leaf Rapids, Manitoba: b) Lynn Lake / Farley Mine site located in proximity to the town of Lynn Lake, Manitoba; and c) Fox Mine site located approximately 50 km southwest of the town of Lynn Lake, Manitoba. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years starting April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029, with an option in favour of the procuring entity to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional term(s) of up to 12 months each from April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030 and April 1, 2030 to March 31, 2031.
