Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 18,640-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Work under this contract includes the new 1,731 Square Meter (18,640 square foot) building for Prairie Crops and Soils Research Facility (PCSRF) at 120 Saunderson Street at the University of Manitoba Fort Garry campus. The scope of work for the construction of the new building includes site development, grading, paving, utilities, foundation, exterior walls, windows, doors, roof, all building systems, electrical, data network, lighting, equipment, interior construction, millwork, and finishes. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
